Volunteers for the Tournament

Hello FCTB Parents--

The Foster City Tournament is fast approaching. This is a big event, with dozens of teams participating. We would appreciate if each family volunteers for one or more slots to help during this tournament. We need your help to make this event a success.

Volunteer jobs include:

Team Check-in Duties

Check for insurance for each team
Check for waiver signatures for each team
Make sure that each team has paid their fees
Hand out rules and pitching recording sheets as necessary

T-shirt Sales Duties

Sell t-shirts
Track inventory
Set up and clean up

Litter Collection Duties(kids can help here too!)

Clean up of all litter in and around baseball fields

Concession Duties

Selling food and drinks
Set up and clean up
